Hallo!
Das Programm friert beim Start ein, auch bei ISO-Boot.

Re: SoundBankster
Bei mir läuft es auch (Peg2, PB, G5, Mini und Efika). Muss wohl an deiner Installation oder Hardware liegen......
3xPegII, 1xEFIKA, 1xA3000T(060/PPC),1xA1200/030, 1xAspireONE + OS3.9 (UAE) + 1xZotac-MAG-Nettop als VNC-(XP)Server......
I'd really like to change the world, but they won't give me the source!

@Polluks,
Hello.
As I don't write/speak a single word of deutsch, I'll write in english instead. Hope you'll get it.
1. Which version of SoundBankster are you runnning (latest is 1.4)
2. Is there something in the debug log?
3. What's the output of Snoopium?
4. Which version of MorphOS are you running?
5. What's your screen resolution (a possible fail here. Huge user interface)?
6. Do you use large padding/margin, big fonts in your MUI skin (related to point 5)?
Thanks for feedback.

@Tcheko: Seems that the sbar-module "Elephant" is blocking Sound-Bankster.........

Ok. Sounds weird.
I gonna test this evening but it is doubtfull that Elephant sbar would block SoundBankster from starting.

Thanks for such warm feedback.
SoundBankster being usefull mostly for DJs, it was more designed like a demo of what MorphOS can do: low cpu usage, no audio stuttering (unless there is a Forbid longer than 20ms, the size of an audio framebuffer), extensive use of native MorphOS components : Reggae framework, Sensors API, TinyGL, MUI, (and MIDI in the forthcoming 3.10 release!)...
The final result is a 350KB executable with about 80KB of embedded/compressed graphics. As I am used to say, still fits a floppy.

Most of the code size comes from the user interface logic (around 20 MUI subclasses). Audio processing code accounts for less than 10% of the total executable size.
For the one interested in testing this little toy, go get it there: http://tcheko.binaryriot.org/

Salut!
Indeed, I installed http://tokai.binaryriot.org/public/elephant-1.7.lha which also uses Reggae.
Greetings,
Stefan
